Importance of Holistic health
Medical students are taught the definition of health that encompasses physical, mental, social, intellectual, spiritual, economic well being. This is holistic health. All aspects of health together. There is not much info where you can be educated about all aspects of a human life, and thus, the need for this site. By mere lifestyle changes, health awareness, daily check ups and some basic consultation we together can prevent some major set backs in life.
Health starts at home.
Importance of Nutrition
Incorrect nutrition gives birth to many diseases - obesity or malnutrition, heart illness, hypertension and blood pressure level, vitamin deficiencies, diabetes and levels of cholesterol. Typically individuals acquire these diseases as a result of lack of education as opposed to the lack of resources. Most people lack the time to read up on current nutritional info or too emerge their methods and thus we decided to help.
Importance of Mental health
In psychology, mental health includes the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of a particular person. To keep it more simple, mental health is nothing but a level of wellness or well-being.
If a particular group, person, or individual is having a high level of well-being then we can say that he/she is having positive mental health, which is good. Mental health also assists people in determining how they handle stress, react to situations and much more. India is a country where mental health and mental disorders are overlooked. That’s why India is the greatest contributor to the suicidal deaths in the Southeast Asian region and we want to change that.
