Workouts, weightlifting, etc., help you to build muscle as well as lose weight, how?
Every second of the day, our body burns calories, not just when we exercise.
How much calories are burned at rest depends on the number of cells in our body - When we build more muscle, more calories are burned even when you're not working out, even when you're asleep. Isn't this a dream!

The correct amount of food to consume, as well as what you eat, matters.
